You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping vendors and landlords to sell or let their property and purchasers to find a new home. A large part of rapport building will be providing regular updates of new property onto the market, accompanying clients to viewings and acting upon any feedback provided. We ensure that all of our vendors are provided with a high standard of service, selling or letting their property at the right price, quickly and efficiently. Everyone is set targets dependent upon experience, but more than anything, we work together as a team.
