About the Role

As an ABA Therapist/Tutor with [Employer hidden], you’ll play a vital role in supporting children and young adults, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to achieve their potential. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, you’ll foster positive behaviors and support academic growth in home or school settings. This is a flexible opportunity, available as full-time, part-time, or contract work, with a competitive hourly rate of £15.00 - £20.00 (up to £42000/annum).  Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, so don’t wait to apply!

What You’ll Do

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalized ABA interventions to clients. Your work will involve adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure consistent progress, and providing parents with practical strategies for home support. You’ll track client progress through detailed records, always maintaining confidentiality and adhering to KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) standards. Regular supervision with a BCBA or UKBA (cert) will support you in achieving the best outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek compassionate individuals with a strong foundation in ABA principles and experience supporting children or young adults, ideally in home or school environments. You should have excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work independently. A genuine commitment to ethical practices, patience, and empathy is essential. Candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS check. A background in ABA or PBS tutoring is a plus, but above all, we value your passion for making a difference.
