Key Responsibilities:

• – Develop and manage the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals
• – Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards
• – Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential risks, issues, and obstacles
• – Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and DO178C guidelines
• – Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• – Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in drone technology, AI, and deep learning

Requirements:

• – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• – Proven experience in program management, preferably within the drone, AI, or technology sectors
• – Strong understanding of BVLOS operations and drone technology
• – Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts
• – Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• – Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing environments
