FULL DESCRIPTION
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician to join our team in Glasgow. In this role you will be required to produce and maintain accurate building information models and drawings, of building services, for use in all stages of the project, design, coordination, manufacture, and installation using Revit. The role is office based where you will be working within a modern office in Glasgow whilst working alongside a friendly and close-knit team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- MEP services modelling using Revit
- Production of detailed drawing sheets
- Updating of drawings to as built status
- Following of technical manuals and QA documentation
- Using Revit templates to set up drawing sheets
- Reviewing models and performing clash detection reports
- Sourcing of technical information
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years industry experience and fluent in CAD/BIM.
- Proficient in the use of Revit.
- MEP building services experience.
- Must be an effective communicator and confident with client liaison.
