FULL DESCRIPTION
A proactive and detail-driven Production Planner is sought to ensure biscuit availability and smooth production. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end production planning process, translating demand forecasts, aligning schedules, monitoring stock, and generating reports.
What you will do…
- Own and manage the end-to-end production planning process, ensuring product availability across all channels.
- Plan in seasonal launches and core line updates.
- Translate demand forecasts into weekly and long-term production plans at SKU level.
- Align production schedules with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
- Integrate custom, wholesale, and corporate orders into the production plan with minimal disruption.
- Monitor stock levels, flag slow-moving or short-dated items, and minimise waste.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, including purchase orders and stock transfers.
- Generate insightful reports to support planning, finance, and commercial teams.
- Champion sustainability in your day-to-day work and contribute to process improvement projects.
What you’ll bring…
