[Employer hidden] is a fast-growing software startup transforming the online resale industry. We’re building the operating system for resellers — a single platform to source, list, automate, and manage resale operations across multiple marketplaces. Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown rapidly and now partner with hundreds of resellers, from large charities to side-hustlers. This year alone, we’re on track to list over 2 million items.

Resale is uniquely complex: every item is different, workflows are manual, and profitability is constrained by time, space, and expertise. We remove these bottlenecks with an AI-first approach, enabling resellers to operate efficiently and scale profitably. To support our next phase of growth, we’re launching our own in-house resale operation.

This operation will:

  • Bring us closer to real customer workflows and challenges
  • Generate thought leadership and customer education content
  • Sharpen our product through live, real-world R&D
  • Set the standard for best-in-class, data-driven resale operations

Run the operation: You’ll own the day-to-day running of [Employer hidden]’s in-house resale business. You’ll be hands-on with the full resale workflow — sourcing, photography, listing, merchandising, and dispatch — using [Employer hidden] as the core operating system.

Content creator: By operating at a high standard and sharing how the business runs across media channels, you’ll showcase AI-powered resale operations and position [Employer hidden] as the leading authority globally in the space.

Improve the product: You’ll sit at the intersection of live trading and product development, testing new features, spotting issues, and feeding clear, actionable insights back to the team to directly shape the future of the platform.

Build from scratch: This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment, with real influence across operations, product, and marketing. You’ll help define how modern, AI-powered resale businesses are run.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operation of [Employer hidden]’s in-house resale business, working in-person at our London Waterloo location.

  • Work towards agreed targets: both operational and trading, and continuously optimise performance.
  • Test new product features, workflows, and tools in a live trading environment.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to the product and development teams.
  • Adapt processes as the platform and operation evolve, helping to define best practice as you go.
