About [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]

Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

[Employer hidden] is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life.

To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values:

• Patients first.

• Learn fast.

• Own the quality.

• Succeed together.

• Care deeply.

Backed by top-tier investors, [Employer hidden] is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to own [Employer hidden]’s creator-led growth engine. This is a high-impact, senior position designed for a strategic operator who views influencers not just as "brand ambassadors," but as a scalable source of high-converting performance assets.

You will be responsible for building a high-volume UGC machine focused on lower-funnel conversion (CPA/CAC), while simultaneously managing our high-stakes, long-term partnerships with Tier 1 talent. You will lead the strategy, own the performance data, and manage the commercial complexity for our most high-profile creators.

You’ll be:

  • Building a data-led influencer strategy where the primary North Star is customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Leading the end-to-end production of high-volume UGC, specifically optimised for paid social performance optimisation (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts).
  • Owning the commercial relationship, legal contracting, and management of "Macro" talent (1M+ followers) on long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Designing and negotiating aggressive, performance-based payout models including CPA, hybrid, and revenue share structures.
  • Owning the seven-figure influencer P&L and managing external agencies to ensure flawless execution of both micro-creator volume and top-tier talent campaigns.
  • Developing a rigorous testing roadmap for creator content, using data to iterate on hooks, CTAs, and creative angles to lower blended CAC.
  • Partnering with Growth and Creative teams to ensure influencer assets are seamlessly integrated into our paid media mix.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in Influencer Marketing within a high-growth D2C scale-up, with a proven track record of hitting acquisition targets.
  • Deep knowledge of how to brief edits of creator content specifically for paid social performance optimisation (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts).
  • Proven experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts with Tier 1 talent agents and managers.
  • You are comfortable in the "weeds" of the data, measuring CAC, attribution, and incrementality of the influencer marketing outputs.
  • A strong understanding of how influencer content interacts with the Meta/TikTok auction; experience with whitelisting and boosting is essential.
  • Experience directing agencies to ensure they are delivering high-quality, compliant creator pipelines at pace.
  • The ability to see the "big picture" - knowing when to push for a discount-code-led micro campaign and when to invest in a long-term brand equity play.
