Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer Support (Telesales) team. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls. The suitable candidate requires a proactive approach and the ability to engage with customers effectively. It’s the perfect mix of service and sales.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer service driven individual with a passion for hospitality.

*Position reports to: Customer Care Team Manager*

*Number of people in their team: 10*

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders from inbound phone calls, email and ordering platforms ensuring that the correct process is always followed accurately.
  • Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
  • Provide feedback to the company about customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls in line with sales team call scheduling strategy to promote and drive sales of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] products.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls made and follow ups required in the CRM system.
  • Organise sales appointments for outfield sales team members to attend.
  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers in conjunction with outfield territory sales manager.
  • Analyse sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities to maximise sales.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years previous sales experience
  • Previous demonstratable customer service experience
  • Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills.
  • Competent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to diffuse and resolve conflict.
  • Results driven and motivated to hit sales targets.

Desirable

  • Prior experience working in hospitality or foodservice is an advantage.
