How you'll make an impact

  • Engage closely with the management team to offer high-quality client service.
  • Serve as a key liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Coordinate the efficiency of the claims function by managing incoming and existing claims within the team.
  • Document procedures, maintain strong client relationships, and prepare for client service reviews.
  • Ensure high-quality data management and assist in preparing internal and client reports.
  • Produce claims statistics and reports as required to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Ensure the team achieves and maintains full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with authorising payments on claims and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
  • Support the Claims Managers in coordinating service delivery, management information, and data reporting.

About You

  • A Law degree or equivalent experience in Insurance Qualification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
