About the role:-
This is a perfect opportunity for a Building Control Consultant looking to work with Fire Engineers and Principal Designers to complete Gateway 2 submissions for the building safety regulator, perform complex plan checking, and retrospective functions in the building control sector.
Our clients are a market-leading Building Control Approver and Fire Engineering Consultancywith 20+ years of experience operating across the UK. They also provide Building Regulations Advice and Compliance services across a wealth of sectors.
Within this role, you will act as the service specialist, conducting building and site inspections, ensuring code enforcement and compliance, and performing plumbing inspections. Complete Gateway 2 submissions and complex plan checking reports. You’ll be collaborating with project teams to maintain high standards and ensure successful project completion.
Be responsible for inspecting a range of projects in an effective and efficient way, including stylish student accommodation, residential block transformations, historic commercial premises, and modernised hotels.
This role is pivotal to the development of Building Control professionals, whilst ensuring the delivery of a professional, exceptional, and technically competent service to clients.
