Chartered Surveyor – Valuation – Leeds
Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification
Status: Full-time
Salary: Dependant on experience
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our expanding Valuation Department in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of post-qualified experience to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
Key Requirements
- RICS Registered Valuer status is essential
- Proven experience in valuing a broad spectrum of property types
- Familiarity with assets across Yorkshire and the North Midlands
- Interest in valuing trading assets (optional but welcomed)
Role Overview
- Primarily preparing valuations for loan security purposes
- Work with a diverse client base including banks, funds, public bodies, and private individuals
