FULL DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Production Support Worker in Liverpool, UK. Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, performing testing activities, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement. Requires proficiency in English, strong analytical skills, and experience in a GIS production facility.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reading and precise understanding of technical drawings and material lists.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse group and Team player.

Required Qualifications

  • A High school or Diploma in electrical is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in GIS production facility (assembly & testing) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling orders related work packages according to production data and instructions given by assigned foremen
  • Performing testing activities setup according to the prepared work instructions.
  • Participating in routine test of GIS assembled units as well as the components and modules according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
  • Adequation handling of factory equipment and tools, maintain equipment s and sustain proper continuous calibration
  • Maintaining proper 5s and cleanliness in the line
  • Handling and maintaining of tools in proper way as expected for the line.
  • Always be available or to be ready in line to help each testing activity to complete the test on time and with quality.
  • Contributing actively to continues improvement process and Lean culture also for the daily output.
  • Providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible.
  • Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
