Test Analyst – Web & Mobile Applications

They are seeking a hands-on Test Analyst with a strong eye for detail, used to working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test both mobile apps (iOS & Android) and websites to ensure flawless delivery.
- Plan, design, and execute test cases across functional, regression, cross-browser, and cross-device scenarios.
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using tools such as Jira or equivalent.
- Liaise with developers, project managers, and clients to clarify requirements and align on quality expectations.
- Conduct usability, accessibility, and compatibility testing for UK client standards.
- Manage multiple testing projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years testing both mobile and web applications.
- Strong experience with cross-browser and responsive design testing.
- Familiarity with UK accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally with client-facing experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Automation testing experience (Selenium, Appium).
- API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
