Role: eCommerce Product Trader – Lifestyle

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE  + Bonus

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Position: Full-time – permanent – 4 days office-based / 1 day home working

About You

- Commercially driven, with experience in a product-focused eCommerce role, ideally within retail.

- Confident using GA4 and other analytical tools to interpret data and make commercial decisions.

- Strong product knowledge, able to use insight and experience to improve the customer journey and highlight product benefits.

- A self-starter with energy, ambition, and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment.

- Collaborative and able to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

- Numerate, analytical, and highly detail-oriented.

The Role

- Own and actively trade your category end-to-end, driving conversion, basket value, and profitable growth.

- Collaborate with Buying, CRM, Merchandising, Traffic, and Creative teams to deliver category plans.

- Manage marketing critical paths to ensure key deadlines are met.

- Identify opportunities for customer intent-based promotion, personalisation, product recommendations, attach items and other opportunities based on your experience and knowledge of the customer category.

- Use insight, experience, and product knowledge to improve the customer journey, reduce friction points, and enhance UX.

- Manage category hierarchies, attribution, and navigation to maximise discoverability and conversion.

- Support the Irish market through collaboration with PPC and SEO stakeholders.

- Work with Merchandising and Buying to create and deliver promotional plans.

- Track performance, identify category gaps, and proactively highlight new initiatives and functionality opportunities.
