The role involves working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description
[Employer hidden], based in Islington London are looking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Montessori Teachers to complement our strong team and to provide high quality childcare for our expanding Nursery. Ofsted inspected our Montessori Nursery in March 2025 and graded us Outstanding in every category.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (48 weeks per year)
Place of work:Nursery (N7 9EY)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.
Person specification:
Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sensitive, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated and passionate with a good team spirit and ability to lead and inspire practitioners and assistants by example. You will hold a full and relevant Montessori qualification such as Montessori Diploma Level 4, Montessori Early Years Degree or QTS. Experience within a private day nursery, school or Montessori setting would be desirable.
[Employer hidden] would welcome any students who would like to do their placement with us in the nursery. We would also be able to offer paid teaching practice placements for Montessori students.
