FULL DESCRIPTION

An experienced and well-organised Administrator is required to join the team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. Responsibilities include managing bookings, organising workshops, assisting HR and Accounts, and maintaining database systems. The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and possess excellent administration, communication, and writing skills.

Job description:

  • Managing Holiday Fun Club bookings and trips for the primary school and nursery.
  • Publicising and organising a range of parent workshops.
  • Organising schedules, sending out materials and analysing feedback.
  • Assisting HR and Accounts when required.
  • Accuracy of all computerised database systems and online platforms: iSAMs, Google Forms, My Montessori Child and Medical Tracker.

Additional duties include:

  • Assisting the Principal or school leaders with administrative tasks whenever requested.

Place of work: North London, Islington

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week for 48 weeks of the year. We are open from 8am to 6pm and staff work within a shift system (8am – 5pm/8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm. This is a permanent position.

Start: As soon as possible.

Starting salary:£25,500 dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

Person specification:

Our ideal candidate will be organised and flexible, and will have excellent administration, communication and writing skills. You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. Experience working within busy and dynamic educational settings is ideal and you will be able to interact with parents, pupils and visitors in a polite and helpful manner. You will ideally hold a degree, but we will consider applicants educated to A Level, with GCSEs in English and Maths (essential).
