This is a permanent, part time position, working 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 16:00 – 20:00.

We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the [Employer hidden] team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products. This is a permanent, part time position, working 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 16:00 – 20:00.

Key Accountabilities

Our Shift Manager is looking for a team member to…

  • To operate machinery to agreed parameters
  • To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
  • To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.
  • Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC, IFS, Femas.
  • Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
  • Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
