THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a full time Account Manager based in our Preston Head Office. You’ll be working closely with the most important part of our business – our customers.

A key part of the role is to manage and develop customer relationships, supporting the Area Sales Managers to achieve monthly targets, drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As we’re a global bespoke sportswear brand, the role is incredibly varied, but the key focus is on ensuring a seamless customer experience for our UK customers.

In this role you’ll be the face and voice of [Employer hidden]. This will primarily be from our Head Office, but will also require infrequent face to face partnership management meetings and supporting key customer events.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • – Provide outstanding customer service to all new and existing customers, via telephone or through our main contact inbox.
  • – Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
  • – Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including purchasing, design, & logistics.
  • – To accurately process orders with a high attention to detail
  • – Lead the way in customer note updates on the internal system to ensure all departments are kept up to date with customer communications.
  • – Monitor order progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • – Champion the use of and compliance with the business’ Terms and Conditions.
  • – Take a positive approach to solving customer requirements, look for solutions and anticipate all outcomes.
  • – Develop relationships with existing partners and drive opportunities with potential customers.
