LBG Media is one of the most influential and fastest-growing digital media companies in the world, reaching over 1 billion people globally and generating more than 13.9 billion social views every month. With a social following of 520+ million, we’re the world’s most engaged social publisher, shaping how Millennials and Gen Z consume content across the UK, the US, and beyond.

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Snapchat Team Manager to lead our Snapchat team during an exciting period of growth on the platform. You’ll define and deliver the platform strategy, maximise performance, and build a high-performing team that consistently creates engaging, platform-native content.

This is a unique opportunity to combine editorial instinct, data-driven thinking, deep platform expertise, and strong people leadership to ensure our Snapchat output remains innovative, scalable, and commercially impactful.

The Role

Platform Growth & Performance

  • Own and deliver the Snapchat growth strategy, including audience growth, engagement, retention, watch time, and revenue targets
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs aligned with wider business objectives
  • Use platform analytics and insights to optimise content and test new formats
  • Stay ahead of Snapchat platform updates, trends, and best practices
  • Work closely with platform partners to identify growth opportunities and feature adoption

Content & IP Strategy

  • Lead the development of a long-term, audience-first Snapchat content strategy
  • Build and evolve a strong IP strategy, including:
  • Identifying scalable, repeatable content formats
  • Developing new franchises and refreshing existing IP
  • Ensuring IP aligns with brand identity and commercial opportunities
  • Balance trend-led reactive content with planned evergreen formats
  • Maintain strong editorial standards across all output
  • Collaborate with wider editorial and social teams to align content and IP where appropriate

People & Team Development

  • Line-manage the Snapchat team and foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and development plans for team members
  • Coach and mentor the team to strengthen creative, editorial, and platform skills
  • Support career development through regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities
  • Encourage experimentation and innovation while maintaining accountability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership teams to support revenue opportunities and brand identity
  • Contribute to wider social and editorial strategy discussions, sharing Snapchat insights
  • Support new launches, pilots, and cross-platform initiatives

Key Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience managing a Snapchat account or team at scale
  • Strong understanding of Snapchat’s content ecosystem, audience behaviour, and analytics
  • Experience developing and managing successful content IP
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership experience
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-led optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

  • Experience in a digital media, publisher, or social-first environment
  • Understanding of commercial content and brand partnerships
  • Experience scaling teams or launching new content verticals
