As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, performing swap-outs and replacements of retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts.
• Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly.
• Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed.
• Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications.
• Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
• Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems.
• Field service experience preferred.
• Calm under pressure, professional, and customer-focused.
• Clean driving licence required.

Desirable: Technical engineering or IT product repair experience.
