Workshop Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage and support staff in the Service department, ensuring MOT pass rates, KPI’s are met, and customer partnerships are strengthened. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in the motor trade and DAF products being advantageous.

Location:Glasgow

Hours:Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.30pm

Salary:Up to £50K

What will you be doing:

  • Manage and support staff in all areas of the Service department
  • Liaising with Supervisors and Workshop Controller
  • Ensuring MOT pass rate targets and KPI’s are met
  • Ensuring best utilisation of Workshop staff hours
  • Strengthening and developing long term customer and franchise partnerships
  • Ensuring the Workshop and Yard complies with group H&S policies
