FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of healthcare workers. As a healthcare worker, you will play a vital role in providing care to our patients and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and wound care
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
