FULL DESCRIPTION

Our client has an urgent requirement for an ERP Project Manager with an in-depth knowledge of integrated ERP solutions and BI/ Reporting/ Forecasting systems. Experience in a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics business will also be needed.

ERP Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:

Play a key role in developing an ERP strategy which will identify the technologies which will drive efficiencies in the business
Evaluate requirements and deliver solutions which meet business objectives
Support, maintain and enhance the company’s ERP solution in line with business need and continuity of service
Control and analyse the IT project budgets to achieve value for money
Monitor ERP project developments and progress to resolve any issues
Build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers/ partners

ERP Project Manager Skills and Experience:

Substantial experience of developing and maintain ERP business systems
Hands-on practical expertise working with BI, Forecasting and Reporting solutions
Experience of working within a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics business
Demonstrable project management skills with a track record of several successful ERP implementations
Financial awareness and experience of managing a departmental budget
Excellent communication skills and experience of managing 3rd party suppliers/ partners

In addition to ERP solutions, you will look after my client’s business systems from a business process perspective so a thorough understanding of the business processes at play in a manufacturing, production, supply chain or distribution/ logistics environment will be required.
