FULL DESCRIPTION

Business Analyst

This is an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst with experience working within a data-centric SQL-based solution delivery environment. My client is well-established organisation leading the market in its field and is currently embarking on an exciting Agile Transformation programme involving the design and build of a new and complex financial solution.

  • Orchestrate collaboration in a multi-functional Agile team to remove roadblocks and build relationships
  • Elicit, gather, analyse, interpret and document business requirements using Agile methods and all of the Agile ceremonies
  • Maintain and develop best practice related to processes, tools and ways of working to improve efficiencies
  • Work closely with other BA’s, Developers, Test Analysts and Architects to provide technical solutions to business problems
  • Write SQL scripts to ascertain key data comprising and understanding of SQL database structures
