EP Group is seeking an Account Support Executive to provide maternity cover. The role is based in Birmingham and involves supporting a major retail customer. Responsibilities include representing EPG in customer meetings, resolving issues, maintaining product knowledge, and generating reports. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, attention to detail, and a good understanding of Excel.
Responsibilities
- Representing EPG in customer facing calls and Teams meetings
- Successfully working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and technical issues, as well as improve the customer experience
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services and process to address queries effectively
- Capturing, logging and tracking of price and product enquires
- Ensure accurate pricing is maintained
- Generating ad hoc reports and basic data analysis
- Keeping the team updated of progress and changes
Experience Required
- Effective communicator, both written and orally
- Ability to build collaborative working relationship across multiple departments
- Experienced of building trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise
- Understanding of when to escalate and when to take ownership
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A good understanding of Excel
This is an office based role between 8.00am to 5.30pm (based on 8 hour shifts with half an hour for lunch) however there may be an occasional requirement to attend meetings at customer sites. The hours may vary according to the needs of the business and may include occasional weekends.
