The Role
You will manage a site (or major section) with a focus on safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance. Key duties include:
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety/CDM legislation and company SHEQ policies.
- Managing project programmes, monitoring progress, and chairing subcontractor meetings.
- Planning site resources, maintaining accurate daily records, and producing progress reports.
- Managing site logistics and subcontract packages in line with contractual requirements.
- Reporting variations and commercial implications to the management team.
What We're Looking For
Education: BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar Site Agent/Management role.
