A Day in the Life of a Resource Consultant

• Enrolling into [Employer hidden] on-boarding programme designed to equip anyone who is new to recruitment with the fundamental technical expertise to be a successful Battery & EV Recruiter.
• Complete introduction and full integration into the robust recruitment process [Employer hidden] have implemented to service clients at the highest possible level.
• Eventually moving into a full 180 recruitment position, working on exclusive vacancies some of the UK’s most innovative technology companies.
• Buddying up with a Senior Resource consultant so you can learn the technical aspects of new markets.
• Privileged access to clients, accompanying the team on client visits so you can understand new technologies, specific needs and company cultures.

The Person:

• A genuine interest in Technological and Engineering Innovation.
• Someone who is detail orientated who takes pride in maintaining high personal standards when it comes to work.
• No previous recruitment experience needed. We offer recruitment training and technical training - however you will need to have an interest in learning about the EV and Battery sector.
