The Graduate Electrical Engineer will:
- Install electrical systems including wiring, control systems and associated equipment in line with technical drawings and specifications
- Support the installation and integration of hydrogen production equipment (including electrolysers and compressors)
- Conduct testing and fault-finding using appropriate diagnostic tools to ensure systems operate safely and effectively
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections and fault diagnosis on hydrogen production systems
- Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations, codes and safety standards
- Support the Fuel Production Engineering Team in the design of site electrical systems
The Graduate Electrical Engineer will have:
- A First-Class degree in Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Exposure to practical problem-solving through university projects, placements, internships or personal projects
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work within a multidisciplinary team
- A genuine interest in zero-emission technology and clean energy
- Hands-on experience with renewables, hydrogen systems or fuel cells
- Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
