FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Electrodefor our client, a leading organization in advanced battery technology. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team within a state-of-the-art Flexible Pilot Line environment.

The Manufacturing Technician - Electrodewill:

  • Operate and maintain electrode equipment (Mixing, Coating, Calendering, Slitting).
  • Ensure clean room standards are upheld to 5S and ISO requirements.
  • Prepare and set up equipment for campaigns, including technical cleaning and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers to validate and run equipment per customer specifications.
  • Manage work-in-progress and product movement within the facility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Manufacturing Technician - Electrodewill have:

  • Experience in equipment setup and operation, ideally within electrode or similar manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of electrode manufacturing principles and associated risks.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ideally qualified to ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 or served an engineering apprenticeship.
