FULL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Electrodefor our client, a leading organization in advanced battery technology. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team within a state-of-the-art Flexible Pilot Line environment.
The Manufacturing Technician - Electrodewill:
- Operate and maintain electrode equipment (Mixing, Coating, Calendering, Slitting).
- Ensure clean room standards are upheld to 5S and ISO requirements.
- Prepare and set up equipment for campaigns, including technical cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to validate and run equipment per customer specifications.
- Manage work-in-progress and product movement within the facility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The Manufacturing Technician - Electrodewill have:
- Experience in equipment setup and operation, ideally within electrode or similar manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of electrode manufacturing principles and associated risks.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ideally qualified to ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 or served an engineering apprenticeship.
