HR Coordinator

As a Coordinator in our EMEA Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the operational running of our HR processes and policies to support our 600+ employee base spanning London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. You will support key aspects of the day-to-day employee lifecycle, focusing on execution excellence and ensuring that HR processes, systems, and workflows run seamlessly.

The role

As a Coordinator in our EMEA Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the operational running of our HR processes and policies to support our 600+ employee base spanning London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. You will support key aspects of the day-to-day employee lifecycle, focusing on execution excellence and ensuring that HR processes, systems, and workflows run seamlessly.

This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR operations while developing the skills and exposure required for continued growth and progression within our HR function.

What you’ll do

  • Internal communications: Serving as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring responses are clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.
  • Operations: Driving execution excellence across core HR processes, including documentation, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
  • System management: Ensuring HR systems are up to date by accurately maintaining employee data and records, supporting data integrity, and reporting needs.
  • Employee experience: Supporting employees through their onboarding and offboarding journey, educating them on our benefits offering and our policies.
  • Payroll support: Managing HR inputs and deadlines in close partnership with the Finance team.

Who you are

  • Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above)
  • Highly driven and proactive – you have excellent planning and organisational skills, can meet tight deadlines, and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator – you demonstrate strong verbal and written communication that confidently and clearly conveys your message to employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Meticulous – you hold yourself to high standards, have obsessive attention to detail, and take a methodical approach to work
  • Adaptable mindset – you are open to adjusting your approaches, priorities, and workflows to meet evolving organisational needs
