Job Title: Office Assistant
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary. Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews for recruitment staff. Maintain office filing and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and organization. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Support recruitment processes by organizing candidate files and paperwork. Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills and Experience Requred
Relevant job experience and certification Attention to details. Basic Office administration knowledge There are no minimum academic requirements, although entrants usually possess GCSEs/S grades. Training is usually provided on-the-job. NVQs/ SVQs in Administration are available at Levels 2 and 3.
Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
