Job Title: Graphic Designer
Develop and maintain the company’s visual brand identity. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners. Create digital assets including website graphics, social media visuals, and online ads. Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns to attract clients and candidates. Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to create compelling visual content. Capture and edit photographs for marketing purposes. Incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project objectives. Prepare print-ready files and manage print production. Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the recruitment industry. Ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant job experience and certification
- Attention to details.
- Relevant experience and Qualifications is preferred
- Entrants have usually completed a foundation course, a BTEC/SQA award, a degree and/or postgraduate qualification. NVQs/SVQs in Design (in various disciplines) are available at Levels2 and 3. Portfolio work is also important for entry
Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
