FULL DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Maintain and update documentation related to clients, candidates, and regulatory compliance. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and candidates, handling inquiries and coordinating communications. Manage databases of clients and candidates, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of information. Assist with financial tasks such as budget monitoring, invoicing, and payment processing. Support recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Facilitate internal communication between departments and external communication with stakeholders. Assist in project management and implementation of strategic initiatives. Provide technical support and assist with maintenance of office systems and software.

Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
