As a Managing Consultant at [Employer hidden], the day is centred around not only overseeing recruitment operations but also strategically expanding the business. This includes identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies to pursue them, a critical aspect of the role that requires keen market insight and a proactive approach to business development.

Winning new business doesn’t mean you stop there. Client relationship management is vital! You’ll build long-lasting relationships with your clients and be their go-to person when it comes to all things recruitment. Think of yourself as an extension of their HR/Talent function.

Candidate sourcing is a significant part of the role, leveraging our extensive network and expertise in our specialist areas to identify the right candidates. This includes conducting screening calls, and interviews as well as preparing candidates for interviews.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in agency-focused 360 recruitment.

Someone who is currently in a Managing Consultant role but unhappy in their current situation or someone in a Team Leader or Senior role ready for a step up.

Business Development is a huge part of this role. We need someone who has a successful track record of being able to win new business. Someone who can identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to pursue and win them.
