Amore Group seeks a compassionate and proactive House Manager to oversee supported living packages in Wigan and Warrington. The role involves leading staff, managing rotas, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in complex care, and strong communication skills.

Join Amore Group, a leading provider of social care services, known for being inclusive, people-centred, and forward-thinking. We are now seeking a compassionate and proactive House Manager to oversee two supported living packages across the Wigan and Warrington area.

What you will do:
- Lead, support and guide the staff team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
- Manage rotas fairly and effectively to support strong staff retention.
- Lead staff induction, including meet-and-greets, shadow shifts and post-induction debriefing.
- Provide a rostered on-call function, when required (uplift provided)
- Oversee all aspects of medication management, including audits and daily counts.
- Ensure health & safety, safeguarding and risk management standards are consistently upheld.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, care plans, risk assessments and protocols.
- Ensure all appointments and professional recommendations are planned, recorded and completed. Support individuals to develop life skills, maintain wellbeing, and achieve personal goals.
- Assist in tenancy-related tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and dignified home environment.
- Contribute to person-centred plans and encourage individuals to shape their own support.
- Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure concerns or changes impacting service users are escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate quality assurance and monitoring systems as required.
What we are looking for:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Experience in complex care, with the ability to lead and support staff.
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
- A caring, compassionate approach with commitment to reflective practice.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, waking nights and sleep-ins.
- Full driving licence.
