CB Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join their team. The role involves conducting electrical testing and inspections in social housing and local authority properties, performing fault finding, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and relevant qualifications.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester with extensive experience in the social housing and local authority sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing Test and Remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections in social housing and local authority properties.
- Perform Fault finding on electrical installations to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results and remedial work carried out.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Tester.
- Proven experience in the social housing and local authority sector.
- Familiarity with Test and Remedial contracts.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
