FULL DESCRIPTION
The Software Solutions Engineer will solve technical issues, advise customers on the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] platform, and act as the first point of contact for all [Employer hidden] customers. Responsibilities include providing support, debugging, developing customizations, and creating knowledge base articles.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using [Employer hidden] products and achieve core KPIs
- Participate in debugging and testing the product
- Develop sample customisations of the product for customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentation
- You will be an expert in the [Employer hidden] Innovator product
- Participate in on-call rotation shift
Qualifications
- Experience with C# and JavaScript
- Experience with OOP concepts
- Experience with Web Application development preferred
- Experience with SQL database preferred
- Experience with a customer-facing role or consulting role
