Account Executive
Reporting into the Account Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day coordination that keeps our projects moving. This role is about mastering the fundamentals of agency life, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and maintaining clear, consistent communication with our clients. We are looking for someone who is naturally organised and detail-oriented, taking pride in the accuracy and completion of every task. You will be the point of contact for daily updates, helping the wider team deliver integrated work that meets our high standards. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week based in our office (Tuesday through Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Account Managers with campaign management and coordination
- Building good working relationships with clients and all agency contacts
- Managing the day-to-day administration of multiple accounts including invoices, timing plans, quotes and client contact notes
- Assist with project planning, booking and scheduling resource, and updating project status trackers to ensure delivery remains on track
- Organise a variety of meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements

- Attend client briefings to gather relevant data that supports the development of creative briefs
- Setup new jobs and folders
- Raise supplier POs and ensure costs with appropriate markups are allocated to jobs within Synergist
- Supporting the Account Manager in the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions to ensure internal alignment
- Take the time to learn the client’s business and competitive landscape to really understand their business
