Property Management Accounts Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a Property Management Accounts Coordinator to join our successful team working in our Newcastle city centre office to help manage the expanding commercial and residential portfolio.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • The reconciliation of Clients monies
  • Credit Control skills
  • Purchase ledger
  • Preparation of rental statements and the transfer of Clients monies
  • Processing of agents fees
  • Liaising with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
  • Processing incoming and outgoing deposits
  • Answering client queries on accounts matters
  • Possess superb organisational and communication
  • Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual, with the will to overcome difficulties
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
  • Have Accounts experience, not essential but preferably property related
  • Preferably have experience of service charges, not essential but desirable
