FULL DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a Property Management Accounts Administrator to join our successful team working in our Newcastle city centre office to help manage the expanding commercial and residential portfolio.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • The reconciliation of Clients monies
  • Possess superb organisational and communication
  • Credit Control skills
  • Purchase ledger
  • Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding
  • Preparation of rental statements and the transfer
  • workload and to stay calm under pressure

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Processing of agents fees
  • Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual, with the
  • Liaising with Property Managers and the Accounts
