We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own paid media, conversion optimisation and performance measurement across FMC’s dentistry events. This role is ideal for someone who loves making campaigns work better, spotting where users drop off, and using data to drive smarter decisions — particularly in a fast-paced events environment.
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own paid media, conversion optimisation and performance measurement across FMC’s dentistry events. This role is ideal for someone who loves making campaigns work better, spotting where users drop off, and using data to drive smarter decisions — particularly in a fast-paced events environment.
You’ll play a key role in driving attendee registrations, improving conversion rates and ensuring we invest marketing budget where it performs best.
Responsibilities
- •Planning and delivering paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn as appropriate) to drive free event registrations
- •Owning CRO across event websites and registration journeys (landing pages, messaging, forms)
- •Monitoring and improving conversion rates from click → registration
- •Managing measurement and reporting (GA4, UTMs, dashboards, CPL tracking)
- •Analysing performance and clearly communicating insights and recommendations
- •Working closely with Event, Commercial and Content teams to align campaigns with event timelines
- •Lead creative briefing for digital campaigns, working closely with internal and external designers to ensure creative is on-brand, performance led and delivered to deadline.
- •Working with the Marketing Executive to plan and deliver always-on marketing campaigns to drive year-round growth of our events and awards brands.
- •Briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers where specialist support is needed
What we need from you
- •Strong experience running paid digital campaigns for events with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- •A solid understanding of CRO principles and how to reduce friction in user journeys
- •Confident with analytics and performance reporting
- •Comfortable working with multiple events and deadlines
- •Organised, commercially minded, and calm under pressure
- •Experience in B2B events would be preferred with dentistry or healthcare as a plus (but not essential)
