Performance Marketeer

The role

We are looking for a Performance Marketeer to execute and optimise digital campaigns that generate engagement and qualified leads for our clients. You will manage campaigns across email, paid social, display, webinars and content, using audience data and performance insights to continuously improve results. This role sits within our creative agency team and is focused on delivering measurable marketing outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• •Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• •Manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email and display advertising
• •Use audience data to target relevant dental professionals
• •Monitor campaign performance and optimise results
• •Run A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion
• •Analyse campaign data and produce performance reports
• •Work with sales, creative and data teams to deliver campaigns successfully

What we need from you

• •3–5 years’ experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management
• •Strong experience with paid social
• •Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns
• •Comfortable analysing campaign performance data
• •Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• •Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
