They are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy & Account Manager to take ownership of day-to-day client delivery across their retained accounts, playing a key role in strengthening client relationships and improving delivery quality.

Full-time
Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,500 – £35,000 (DOE)
Hybrid Role with flexible working – must be able to travel to our Head office in Nottingham with the occasional visit to our London office and client meetings.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy & Account Manager to take ownership of day-to-day client delivery across our retained accounts, playing a key role in strengthening client relationships and improving delivery quality.
This is a hands-on strategic role, suited to someone who enjoys owning accounts end-to-end and wants real influence in a growing agency environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and delivering digital marketing activity across a portfolio of retained clients. Acting as their main point of contact and translating strategy into clear, effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Strategy
- Own day-to-day delivery across retained digital clients
- Turn high-level strategy into clear delivery plans across SEO, PPC, email, social, CRO & Web
- Leading monthly reporting, insights and optimisation recommendations
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard
Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for retained clients
- Running monthly and quarterly review meetings
- Managing scopes, timelines, priorities and expectations
- Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
Operational Support
- Supporting onboarding of new clients
- Maintaining delivery timelines, task tracking and capacity planning
- Ensuring consistent processes, documentation and reporting across accounts
What we’re looking for
Must-have Experience
- 3-5 years digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- SEO fundamentals
- Paid media (Google/Bing Ads & Social Ads)
- Email marketing (Klaviyo / Mailchimp / Omnisend)
- Website UX/CRO basics
- Reporting & analytics confidence (GA4, Looker, etc.)
- Confident client communicator with clients
- Commercial awareness (understands retainers, margins, scope)
