The demand for our services is growing every day and we are looking for like-minded people to join us and be part of our established, successful and welcoming fire safety team at our office based in Redhill, Surrey.

We are offering a permanent role to a Service Team administrator to assist with:

  • Allocating Engineers work rotas
  • Ensuring works are completed within budgets
  • Liaising with customers
  • Issuing work packs
  • Taking in-bound customer and engineers calls
  • Interfacing with the sales team

What we are looking for in you:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as part of an administrating team
  • Experience working with Database Systems
  • Experience working with Excel
  • Good communication skills - written and on the telephone
  • Good Time Management Skills - ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, highly organised and a good team player,
  • Self - motivated with the ability to solve problems.
  • Customer Focus and effective Interpersonal Skills - to always put our customers’ safety needs first and offer a personal approach
  • Flexible and able to work as a part of a team

What you’re looking for in us:

  • A full -time position – 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am –5:00pm
  • A Competitive Salary of £16,000.00 to £22,000.00 PA basic pay dependent on experience.

  • 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays - With an additional day per full year of employment completed (Jan – Dec) up to a maximum of 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per year.
