Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems - Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) - Familiarity with GTM tools and data platforms (Sales Nav, enrichment tools, partnership tools, etc.) - Working understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and GTM workflows - Experience working with integrations and APIs (hands-on or in partnership with IT) - Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets; SQL a plus) - Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
