About the Role
As a Field Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service users across Sutton receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. You’ll support our care teams in the field, complete care assessments, develop care plans, and monitor service delivery to maintain our excellent quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of care plans.
- Supervise and support care staff in the community.
- Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and field observations.
- Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Support with training, mentoring, and performance management of carers.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
About You
Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
Experience in domiciliary care and staff supervision.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
