Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Executive – Blackburn

Location: Blackburn (BB3)

Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Package: Competitive salary, commission and bonus structure plus Mercedes-Benz company car.

We are looking for organised and enthusiastic individuals, capable of working on their own initiative and with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and with the ability to meet and exceed set targets whilst adhering to the departmental practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Mercedes-Benz vehicles and associated products
  • Promoting and selling the benefits of electric and ICE vehicles
  • Dealing with customer enquiries from all sources
  • Generating and following up leads and compiling quotations
  • Conducting customer test drives and product demonstrations
  • Maintaining the sales display area
  • Creating online adverts for stock vehicles
  • Promoting all Ciceley products and departments
  • Achieving set targets
  • Customer meetings to help secure orders and involvement in all processes up to and following delivery
  • Ensuring Ciceley up-sell opportunities are always a key focus, including Service Care
  • Recording of all enquiries and activity within the CRM system and ensuring all required details are gathered and entered correctly and efficiently.
  • Liaising with Sales Support team to ensure vehicle orders and WIP remain accurate
  • Being proactive with selling aging stock
  • Ensuring showroom content is up to date and advertised prices are correct

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Effective and persuasive communicator
  • Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated approach to work
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Positive, ‘can-do attitude’
  • Organised work ethic
  • Basic computer skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Numerate

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience within the commercial vehicle sector
  • Previous experience of selling or working with electric vehicles
  • Knowledge of Autoline CRM or DealerWeb system
