We are a busy, friendly and well respected [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] based in the centre of Stamford. We have been established since 2006 and as part of our exciting plans for 2022 are looking to grow the team.

This opportunity would suit a Level 3 + qualified individual who wants to grow their expertise and experience in the sector and is competent with at least 3 years experience since qualifying.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Providing a great customer experience for all clients
  • Providing treatments to perfection
  • Maintain customer relationships and re-book rates
  • Contribute to the team by providing a stimulating and supportive environment,
  • Maintaining allocated area in Salon/Clinic
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing advice as required
  • Selling retail and treatments to clients

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualified (Level 4 Laser, IPL or any other aesthetics qualification is optional)
  • Demonstrable experience of great customer experience and retaining clients
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • A genuine passion for the sector
  • Tenacious, flexible and hard working
  • Cool, calm & collected in a crisis
  • Customer focused and driven
  • Experience of marketing a company or themselves on social media
