FULL DESCRIPTION

We are a busy, friendly and well respected Beauty Salon and Laser & Aesthetics Clinic based in the centre of Stamford. This opportunity would suit a Level 3 qualified individual who wants to grow their expertise and experience in the sector and is competent with at least 3 years experience since qualifying.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Providing a great customer experience for all clients
  • Providing treatments to perfection
  • Maintain customer relationships and re-book rates
  • Contribute to the team by providing a stimulating and supportive environment,
  • Maintaining allocated area in Salon/Clinic
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing advice as required

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

  • At least NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualified
  • Demonstrable experience of great customer experience and retaining clients
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • A genuine passion for the sector
  • Tenacious, flexible and hard working
  • Cool, calm & collected in a crisis
  • Customer focused and driven
