We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our growing client as a Technical Solutions Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of cyber defence and customer success, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, thrives in fast moving environments, and is passionate about technology and security.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as a key point of contact for technical support during the sales and on boarding life cycle
Partner closely with clients to understand and solve real-world security challenges
Collaborate with cross functional teams to tailor and deliver solutions that address customer needs
Stay hands-on with tools and infrastructure deep diving into protocols, environments, and security architecture

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in a pre-sales engineering or technical support role
Strong background in cyber defence, whether in implementation, analytics, or infrastructure
Practical, hands-on knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Layer 2/3), Linux systems, and virtualisation tools
Exposure to cloud platforms and cyber risk methodologies a plus
Excellent communicator with a strong customer focus and collaborative spirit
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in an agile, start-up style culture
Prior experience in industrial control systems (ICS) is highly desirable
